Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging must be intact
• You must include the order confirmation or packing slip

To start the process, email us at info@ereen.ch with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Shipping Damage or Delivery Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
Any damage or delivery issue must be reported to us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@ereen.ch.
