Orders & Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order if an item becomes unavailable. In such cases, we will notify you and issue a refund.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to update prices and correct any errors at any time.

Shipping

We currently ship within Switzerland via Swiss Post.

  • Free shipping on orders over CHF 99
  • Orders are dispatched within 48 hours (Monday to Friday)
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the product is defective or incorrect
  • To initiate a return, email info@ereen.ch with your order number and reason for return
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return and issued to the original payment method

Payments

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, TWINT (Switzerland only)

All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store payment details.

Product Information

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings or lighting.

Claims & Liability

  • Any claims for damage or delivery issues must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services
  • In any case, our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased

We treat your personal data with care and handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your information is never shared with third parties without your consent.
